In the event of Cancellation or Withdrawal, in accordance with regulatory resolution no. 161 of August 09, 1985 of Embratur, the amount to be refunded will be:
- 90% up to 31 days before the start of the trip;
- 80% 21 to 30 days from the start of the trip;
- 0% less than 20 days before the start of the trip.
Taking into account weather and unforeseen factors, we give ourselves the right to change the itinerary in its order and content without prior notice to better enjoy the trip. In case of delay for weather reasons, there is no refund of money, the price of the itinerary will be converted into credits for any itinerary within a period of up to 1 year
